Thank you for donating at Shree Hari Sewa Foundation! The following terms are applicable if you have paid for our service.

Words with capitalized initial letters have defined meanings under the following conditions. These definitions remain the same, whether they appear in the singular or the plural form.

  • "Website" refers to Shri Hari Sewa Foundation, accessible from https://shreeharisewafoundation.com/
  • "You" refers to the individual using the Service or the company, or another legal entity on whose behalf the individual is using the Service, as applicable.

 

  1. Refund Eligibility and Policy

    At Shree Hari Sewa Foundation, we are committed to transparency and ensuring a smooth experience for our donors and beneficiaries. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a donation or contribution.
  1. Donations & Contributions: All donations made to Shree Hari Sewa Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. As a non-profit organization, funds received are immediately directed towards our social welfare projects and initiatives. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for donations once they are received.
  2. Duplicate Transactions : In case of accidental duplicate transactions due to technical issues or errors, donors are requested to contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof. Upon verification, we may initiate a refund or adjust the amount towards future contributions.
  3. Erroneous Transactions: If a donor has made an incorrect transaction or entered an incorrect amount, they may request a correction within 48 hours of the transaction. The foundation reserves the right to assess and approve such requests on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Refund Timeframe : If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed  and credited within 7-14 business days and credited back via the original payment method.
